固緯電子全新推出PHX系列單通道可編程開關(guān)直流電源,提供了定電流優(yōu)先(C.C 優(yōu)先;此為選購(gòu)功能)、斜率優(yōu)先設(shè)定(Adjustable Slew Rate)及并聯(lián)等功能。PHX-系列直流電源是高功率密度設(shè)計(jì)能在5U的尺寸中提供12kW的輸出功率;而3U的尺寸中提供6kW的輸出功率,加上由背板輸出和各種通訊控制介面,使得PHX-系列非常適合于車用電子如:啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)、電流感應(yīng)器(Current Sensor)、太陽(yáng)能板(Solar Power)、電容器(Capacitor)、功率半導(dǎo)體元件(如: IGBT/SiC)、電動(dòng)車(EV)及混合動(dòng)力車(HEV)用電池模組的生產(chǎn)測(cè)試。

PHX-Series可編程交換直流電源供應(yīng)器,全系列包含16個(gè)主要機(jī)種,電壓及電流涵蓋從30V/200A 到 1000V/12A,其單機(jī)的輸出功率從6kW至12kW,為了滿足更多使用者高功率輸出的需求如:車用啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)、電動(dòng)車輛(EV)及混合動(dòng)力車(HEV)用電池模塊,PHX-Series 搭配同電壓的單機(jī)進(jìn)行Master / Slave的控制,因應(yīng)更高輸出功率的需求,PHX-系列機(jī)種提供10組并聯(lián)操作模式,因此本系列機(jī)種在并聯(lián)后的*大電流輸出范圍可達(dá)4000A(Example: PHX 30-400S(F)C的機(jī)種*10臺(tái))。


PHX-Series可編程交換直流電源供應(yīng)器的設(shè)計(jì)是用來(lái)滿足當(dāng)今在電源半導(dǎo)體組件或是電源行業(yè)所使用之零件在高速應(yīng)用下對(duì)V-I 特性曲線測(cè)試的需求,如車用的啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)(Starter Motor)、混合動(dòng)力電池模塊和功率半導(dǎo)體組件等,在半導(dǎo)體電路設(shè)計(jì)、電源模塊設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)經(jīng)常需要使用快速斜率控制的電源供應(yīng)器來(lái)驗(yàn)證其電子零件特性,因此PHX-Series可程序交換直流電源供應(yīng)器,其內(nèi)建可調(diào)上升或下降斜率,用戶可按產(chǎn)品各別的特性進(jìn)行上升及下降斜之參數(shù)設(shè)定,以確保產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證之周延。由于綠能等應(yīng)用之興起及日漸普級(jí)化,LED組合而成的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用非常廣泛,因應(yīng)LED產(chǎn)品其電源導(dǎo)通瞬間所產(chǎn)生的突波,PHX-Series電源供應(yīng)器的定電流(CC Priority)優(yōu)先權(quán)模式(此為選購(gòu)件),可以讓使用者在測(cè)試時(shí)將電源供應(yīng)器設(shè)定在強(qiáng)制定電流模式下動(dòng)作,以抑制突波的產(chǎn)生。

Operating Mode (操作模式)

C.V. and C.C Operation Mode  (定電壓及定電流模式)
在定電壓(CV)模式下,電流限制必需設(shè)置,以確定其交越點(diǎn),而在定電流(CC)模式下,電壓限制也必需設(shè)置,以確定其交越點(diǎn)。當(dāng)電流超過(guò)了交越點(diǎn),電源供應(yīng)器的模式將會(huì)切換到定電流(CC)模式。對(duì)于這兩種定電流(CC)和定電壓(CV)模式,它有兩個(gè)可選擇的斜率:高速優(yōu)先權(quán)和斜率優(yōu)先權(quán);。高速優(yōu)先權(quán)將用該機(jī)種預(yù)設(shè)的轉(zhuǎn)換斜率來(lái)使設(shè)備動(dòng)作,而斜率優(yōu)先權(quán)將運(yùn)用使用者自定義的設(shè)置斜率來(lái)動(dòng)作。

Lock key Function (面板鎖定功能)

當(dāng)機(jī)器內(nèi)部的保護(hù)參數(shù)設(shè)定值被觸發(fā)時(shí),機(jī)器的前面板將自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)面板鎖定功能,以避免待測(cè)體在測(cè)試的過(guò)程遭受到不必要的損壞。

Variable Internal Resistance (Ref Function 72)
此功能是運(yùn)用于當(dāng)電源供應(yīng)器在定電壓操作模式下因負(fù)載電流的變化所產(chǎn)生的電壓降,這個(gè)功能是能夠形成接近化學(xué)鋰電池于放電狀態(tài)下之內(nèi)部電阻或太陽(yáng)能及燃料電池I/V特性的模擬。
   
Series and Parallel  Mode (串/并聯(lián)功能)

PHX系列電源供應(yīng)器提供定電壓或定電流斜率之選擇,PHX-Series電源供應(yīng)器,斜率設(shè)定將區(qū)分為高速優(yōu)先權(quán)設(shè)定及斜率優(yōu)先權(quán)設(shè)定,當(dāng)使用在高速優(yōu)先設(shè)定時(shí),其CV或CC的斜率將用該機(jī)種預(yù)設(shè)*快的斜率來(lái)使機(jī)器動(dòng)作,反之如使用在斜率優(yōu)先模式下,定電壓或定電流的上升及下降斜率將可以各別單獨(dú)被用戶自行設(shè)定。
